Forklift AI-powered collision avoidance system designed to be mounted directly onto your company forklift. Using between one and four high-resolution cameras combined with an onboard AI central processing unit, the system continuously monitors the vehicle's blind spots and detects pedestrians before a collision can occur. The system provides immediate visual and audible alerts to the operator through a 7-inch onboard monitor and dedicated light and sound indicators. Available as a standard camera-only system or as a hybrid variant, which combines AI camera detection with a radio-based pedestrian TAG system for dual-layer protection. How it works
The system's AI central unit processes live camera feeds in real time. When a pedestrian is detected within the vehicle's danger zone, including individuals who are partially hidden or in unusual positions, the system immediately triggers a visual alert on the driver's 7-inch monitor and activates a light and sound indicator. The AI engine distinguishes between pedestrians and other forklift operators, eliminating false alarms. Our hybrid variant offers an additional radio layer where pedestrians wear TAG transmitters that vibrate, sound an alarm and activate an LED when the wearer enters a vehicle zone, providing an independent alert directly to the pedestrian.
