How it works
The AI camera is mounted directly onto the forklift and begins working from the moment the vehicle starts. It continuously processes live footage from all connected cameras, monitoring the vehicle's surrounding zones in real time as the forklift moves through the facility.
When a pedestrian is detected, the system triggers an immediate visual alert on the driver's onboard monitor alongside a dedicated light and sound indicator inside the cab. The AI engine accurately identifies pedestrians and distinguishes them from other operators and equipment on site, so drivers receive a warning only when it genuinely matters.
For facilities with higher pedestrian traffic or greater risk exposure, our hybrid variant adds a second layer of protection. Pedestrians can carry a small TAG device that vibrates, sounds an alert, and activates an LED the moment they enter a vehicle zone, providing an independent warning directly to the person at risk and not just to the driver.
