Projection Safety System
Projection Safety System
The projection safety system combines two complementary technologies to create complete floor-level safety marking without paint, tape or physical floor installation. The Safety GOBO Projector casts a custom safety image (pedestrian symbols, stop markers, hazard zones or directional arrows) directly onto the floor from above. The Linear Laser Line Projector casts a continuous, precise boundary line in red, blue or green to define pedestrian walkways and vehicle exclusion zones. Both systems are fully repositionable, require no floor preparation and can be integrated with an AI camera unit to create reactive projections that change state when a vehicle is detected approaching the zone. Used together, they provide complete zone and boundary management across any facility floor.

How it works
The GOBO projector is mounted above the target area and can be fixed to racking, ceiling structures or wall brackets. It projects a custom safety image downward onto the floor through a GOBO lens template. The image is crisp and high-contrast and visible from a significant distance. The laser line projector is mounted at a calculated height to project a continuous, sharp line across the full width of an aisle or corridor. Multiple units can be used in sequence for longer runs. When integrated with an AI camera, the system monitors the projection zone in real time. If a vehicle is detected approaching, the projected image or line can switch to a flashing or alternative warning state, transforming a static marker into an active safety alert.
