The stationary AI camera system is a fixed AI-powered anti-collision system designed to monitor high-risk intersection points throughout a facility. Unlike vehicle-mounted systems, it can be permanently installed above doorways, aisle junctions, corridor crossings and loading bay entries, all locations where forklifts and pedestrians are most likely to converge without line of sight. Using between one and four AI cameras connected to a central processing unit, the system detects approaching vehicles and pedestrians and triggers alerts to prevent collisions before they occur. The system works in direct complement to Polybar's physical impact protection range, where barriers and guardrails define permanent safe zones; the stationary AI camera system monitors the transition points where those zones meet.
